PAYMENT METHODS: Avery Street Toys accepts: Credit Cards( VISA, MASTERCARD,American Express, & DISCOVER), Money Orders, and Personal Checks. All payments must be in US funds.
Credit card billing address must match the shipping address. If it does not, we will call to verify. Money Orders and Personal Checks must be received within 8 days from the order date. Personal checks must clear our bank before the product is shipped.

REFUND POLICY: All toys can be returned as long as the original seal is not broken. Sealed toys must be returned within 30 business days for a full refund. Refunds will only be given if the toy is in the exact condition as before the transaction. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number. Please call 1-888-545-6588 for a return authorization number. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
